I agree to pay $20.00 for each 10x10 space at the 2019 Party with MendoParks, to be held Saturday August 24 from noon-4:00pm on the Mendocino Headlands (behind the Ford House), 45035 Main St. Mendocino, CA. I understand and agree that MendoParks (Mendocino Area Parks Association) is not responsible for lost or damaged materials or artwork. I also understand and agree to hold MendoParks harmless for any accident or injury arising from the sale or display of items. I understand that I am responsible for all of the display equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, and items to display my art. I further understand that I must have a current CA Sales Tax License and will provide my seller's permit number in this application.
• There is no pre-event day up. Vendors may start setting up as early as 10:00 am on 8/24/19.
• Vendor space is first come, first serve.
• All booths and vendor property must be dismantled and removed from event property by 5:30pm 8/24/19.
PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no stakes are allowed on State Parks property. Sandbags are required and vendor is responsible for bringing sandbags.
