Join California State Parks for Snapshot Cal Coast—a statewide coastal bioblitz that aims to make and share observations of plants, animals, and seaweeds along the coast of California using the iNaturalist app!
During this program, we will hike a portion of the haul road at Big River Beach in Mendocino Headlands State Park. We will meet at the restrooms on the east end of the parking area and walk for about 30 minutes before we turn around and head back. Bring a phone, tablet, or camera to photograph the species you observe along the way to upload to iNaturalist later!
